The Avaivilla Group is a First Nation owned and operated business based in Narrm (Melbourne) Victoria.

As a First Nation Business, we are committed to building a culturally safe learning environment that facilitates shared knowledge building and journey.

Our core program '8 Ways of Knowing' holds two training streams. The 'Working in Two Worlds' training which is fully facilitated online and the Cultural Leadership program, which is facilitated in collaboration with our partners. Under our core program, we also facilitated yarning circles to connect and share knowledge with cross cultural and wider communities.

We are committed to building on our collaboration with community groups and mainstream organisations, by building and strengthening our core business of cultural education while opening opportunities for First Nations and Pasifika communities to collaborate with us in developing unique cultural experiences, through our events and online platform Vai Nations.

Vai Nations is created to offer a collaborative platform to bring creatives together to develop and design product concepts that feature art and story telling from the Pacific Rim Nations. This platform is purely giftware, accessories, and stationery.

We will continue to grow our knowledge building space to offer you the opportunities to connect, yarn and share with us.
